Hotel Best Semiramis

Immaculately clean and fabulous place, has marvellous views of all rooms. The units are airy, comfy.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoyed location and food.

Appreciated my nice stay on vacation. I was offered a room with nice views of the ocean. It was quiet, reasonable prices.

Everything was great, fast staff, excellent views of the ocean. There were a mini fridge bar, a personal safe and climate control in my superior double room, I enjoyed it. The location was stunning, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a historic chapel. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby. Totally very comfortable stay for a long time.

Everything was simply amazing. The room was very large, comfortable bed.

Strategic location, responsive staff, lots of food for the continental breakfast. Double room was immaculate and absolutely perfect, good price value. Everything was excellent as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was very old. The pool was amazing and the garden - nice. The terrace restaurant and lovely bar, we enjoyed them.

It had not so great views.

Pool was excellent and spotless, rooms were normal double. Chinese style hotel with comfortable furniture in the rooms. I loved having fresh bread, eggs, yogurt and cheese as a choice for the continental breakfast. Value for money and superb service.

It was great time in Puerto de la Cruz. Location and food were very good, I loved every detail. The room was comfortable and with exceptionally comfortable beds.

Well, Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Fantastic value for money, the restaurant was simple, the hotel was exceptionally clean. Room was brilliant and relaxing, bed was incredible. Easy check-in was a nice touch and I liked very efficient service.

Facilities were good, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Location is beautiful, extremely helpful staff were eager to help. Non-smoking & soundproof unit with bath as well as fantastic views. Warm drinks at downstairs bar, PERFECT service.

had a very pleasant time. all was overall clean, i liked excellent staff and food. the bed was good sized and it was great having wifi, air conditioning and terrace.

The whole experience was very relaxing! Hassle free place with kind staff and fast wi-fi. I had the standard king room which was extremely pleasant and satisfactory. Not bad location, within short walking distance of gardens.

Unbeatable location, flexible staff, all round fabulous experience! Plenty of food at the exceptionally good breakfast. A sandy beach, gorgeous view. Spotless place and polite service;))

It's wonderful base for visiting some must see attractions in Puerto de la Cruz. Desk staff made us feel welcome. The location was peaceful and could not be beaten...
